The “When I get…” part is straight “DU” over and over, but I recommend at the C5 to start playing “DDD, DU, DU, DDU” so that the “Do you don’t you” part stays in. Everything else I did in this song was totally improvised, such as the sliding around and muting strings in between. You can play this song without doing the stuff I did. I just needed something to keep ME together in this song.
