DISCLAIMER CLAUSE 1. The organiser reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these rules and regulations of the Event from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the Organiser shall be the authority to interpret. Any updates on the rules and regulations of the event will be notified on the official facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/kdca.youth.council , and it is the responsibility of the affected participant to keep abreast with any changes. 2.
The event is open to both Malaysian and foreigners of age 18 years and above who are physically, mentally fit and understand all the risk and danger of this sport. If you are under 18 years, you must obtain consent from your legal Parent/Guardian before we can accept your registration.
3.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event at any time without prior notice to the participant. If the Event has to be cancelled, there shall be no refund of fees paid and the Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.
4.
Participants understand and accept the organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to alter the date of the event, change the published event course if deemed necessary or if safety is an issue.
5.
There will strictly be no refund if the event is cancelled for the reason of force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the Organiser or acts of God which renders it impossible or unsafe to hold the event.

While every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organiser to ensure the participants safety, participants run solely at their own risk and the Organiser will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for, during, or after participation in the Event. Participants are strongly encouraged to fo for medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual Event day.

Once registration has been duly processed, there will be no fee refund for participants who do not eventually participate in the Event for whatever reason.

The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs ( including those of participants ), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to Sponsors anywhere in the world.
9.
The organiser will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
10. Any participant who has been found by a course marshal, event official or surveillance equipment to have gained an unfair advantage by intentionally shortening the race route (“cutting the course”) shall be immediately disqualified from the event. 11. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their race entries to another party or change race categories after their registration are confirmed. 12. Any person who participates in the event without a current official event bib number not officially assigned to him/her is subject to removal and disqualification from the event. 13. The Organizer reserves the right to change, add or substitute the prizes with a prize of equivalent value. 14. By participating in the Event, participant grants the Organiser permission to publish his name and competition results, for instance by means of publication in newspapers and via the Internet.
15. Final race results will only be determined after the final report is examined.
