Access the World’s First Global Equity ETF Driven by A.I. Horizons Active A.I. Global Equity ETF (“MIND” or “the ETF”) seeks to achieve long-term equity returns through investments in major global equity indices using a basket of primarily North American-listed exchange traded funds. MIND is sub-advised by Mirae Asset Global Investments, which uses an investment strategy entirely run by a proprietary and adaptive artificial intelligence (“A.I.”) system that extracts patterns from analyzing data. Horizons MIND may also hold cash and cash equivalents. Key Features of MIND • The Evolution of Portfolio Management: Gain the opportunity to pursue “firstof-its-kind” investing where security selection is 100% chosen by an A.I. system to create a global basket of ETFs • Investing Free of Bias: With an A.I. system controlling the investment selection, there are no human emotions or investor biases impacting decisions, ensuring a disciplined approach to investing • Factor-Based Management: The ETF’s portfolio will overweight certain regions, countries and indices expected to outperform; it will also underweight, or not allocate to, certain regions, countries and indices that are expected to underperform • Rebalanced Monthly: The ETF portfolio’s region, country and index weightings will be adjusted monthly by the A.I. system, within certain investment parameters, in response to changes in returns, correlation and volatility Why Now? A.I. technologies require enormous data sets to solve problems. With the track record and selection of ETFs available today, there is the right amount of depth and breadth of market data for an A.I. system to be successful. As at the end of the third quarter of 2017, there is U.S. $4.2 trillion invested in 5,138 ETFs globally, with U.S. $4.0 trillion in index strategies.2 Source: ETFGI, a leading independent research and consultancy firm on trends in the global ETF/ETP ecosystem, based in London, England. 2

About the A.I. system The A.I. system applies machine learning which constructs artificial neural networks, essentially training a computer to recognize patterns and make decisions, much like how the human brain operates but at hyper-fast speeds. The A.I. system is completely autonomous in that it is a learning computer that effectively teaches itself how to invest and independently makes investment decisions based on past experiences. The machine learning process underpinning Horizons MIND’s investment strategy is known as “Deep Neural Network Learning”, designed by Qraft Technologies (“Qraft”). Qraft is a founding member of the Mirae Asset Intelligent Finance Research Center and continues to develop artificial intelligence technology that can be applied directly to financial business in cooperation with Korea University.
