sponsored guests
Member guests may use Child Care when sponsored by a BC member, who must remain in the Club throughout the duration of use. Guest fees will be billed to the sponsoring member’s account, and no other forms of payment will be accepted.

about child care
Our goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable and supervised environment for members’ children while members use the Bellevue Club facilities. Every Child Care staff member has been chosen carefully and has experience working with young children.

On site First Responders are certified in infant/ child CPR and first aid.
Cancellations must be made before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged in full.
Staff to child ratio will vary each day based on the needs of those children with reservations.
If Child Care is not open, please leave a voicemail message.
Upon arrival, parents must sign children in with their name(s), parent’s name, time arrived, parent’s location in the Club and cell number. All information required. At check-out, parents must write name and pick up time on your child’s line. Children will only be checked out to the adult who checked them in, unless previous instructions have been given. I.D. may be required. Please check-in and check-out according to your scheduled reservation.

Any member who refers another Club family to Bellevue Club Child Care will receive two complimentary care hours. Stop by with your friend, or send an email to
[email protected], and after they book their first visit, you’ll receive two hours free.
Parents MUST remain in the Club while using Child Care. Snow Days: Child Care may close if Bellevue School District delays or cancels school for inclement weather. Call 455-1616 for confirmation.

To ensure proper staffing of Child Care, reservations are required. Maximum reservation length is three hours. Reservations can be made one week in advance. If Child Care is full, call the day of for possible last-minute cancellations.
what to bring
Healthy children. Children with coughs, high temperatures, colored mucus or other indications of sickness will not be allowed in child care. Diaper Bags: Labeled with your name, include at least two disposable diapers, wipes, a change of clothes and something soothing for your child (favorite toy, blanket or pacifier). Bottle or non-leaking cup. No other food is permitted due to food allergy risks.
