To make your transition to the CRMLS Matrix Platform as smooth as possible, here’s a list of helpful reminders to assist you in preventing Rules Violations during the Conversion. Modify listings – make any and all changes to listings before January 28 o RULE 7.11 Change of Listing Information Listing brokers shall submit any change in listing information, including the listed price or other change in the original listing agreement, to the MLS within 2 business days after the authorized change is received by the listing broker. By submitting such changes to the MLS, the listing broker represents that the listing contract has been modified in writing to reflect such change or that the listing broker has obtained other legally sufficient written authorization to make such change. Add New Listings before January 28 o RULE 7.8 Mandatory Submission Broker participants shall input exclusive right to sell or exclusive agency listings on 1-4 units residential property types, and vacant lots located within the service area of the MLS within 2 business days of the start date of the listing. Load photos to listings before January 28 o RULE 11.5 Photographs in the MLS At least one (1) photo or graphic image accurately displaying the exterior of the listed property is required to be posted on the MLS within 5 days of submission of the listing in all categories other than Lots and Land.
