How to integrate Excel spreadsheet into MS Outlook calendar program 1. Create the Excel table (Excel 2007) using Outlook field names to name an Excel table columns header: Subject Start Date Start Time End Date End Time Categories Description Location Priority etc.

Save it, for example, on your desktop.

2. Select the Excel table range (the collection all rows and columns in the table), and give it a name (e.g. Data) in the Name Box just above the top of column A, then hit ENTER key on the keyboard.

3. Re-save (e.g. on the Desktop) the spreadsheet in the Excel 97-2003 format, clicking the Office button and selecting the Save as: and Excel 97-2003 Workbook option form the context menu. We have to save it in this format because Outlook accepts Excel 97-2003 program only. Then CLOSE your Excel file.
