HOW TO REUSE and RESET COUNTER in a GOOGLE FORMS SURVEY Forms can be copied and reused. Once copied, the counter will automatically reset to zero, but data will not deleted. Therefore data will need to be removed to clear spreadsheet. 1. Select the spreadsheet you want to reuse (copy). Click File tab then Make a copy. In the next window, you have the option to rename your file. The default file name is “Copy of …” then click OK.

2. In your copied file, you will see the spreadsheet refresh and counter now reflects zero, Form (0).

3. Next you will delete data rows only. Do not delete the first row of form questions; this will delete questions in your form. Highlight data rows, click Edit tab then Delete rows 2-4.

4. Spreadsheet data is clear and ready to use.
