The Deki Tenner Tournament The challenge: teams borrow £10 and have four weeks to turn it into a business and make as much profit as possible. The result: teams work more effectively together, gain transferable business skills, have fun and raise money to help change lives.
Staff training with impact With just a £10 loan, your staff will be challenged to develop and launch a business during the half day in-depth training session. Deki staff will train your employees to utilise their available team resources and skills to generate their big idea for their enterprise. The team that creates the most successful and profitable business will be crowned the Tenner Tournament champions.
Deki was the first charity in the UK to offer loans direct to people in Africa to help them to them start businesses via crowdfunding. The money raised from your staff’s Tenner Tournament training will change the lives of hardworking people in the developing world.
