Manager HR - Job brief

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to develop a great working culture in the organization. A culture which recognizes great people, provides them with training, development and challenging opportunities and helps them to grow. A culture where great people are incentivized for their efforts to grow the organization. At the same time the HR professional needs to identify poor performers in the organization and replaces them with good talent. The HR professional will design policies and develop a culture which enables the organization to achieve its business Vision faster. The candidate will report directly to the CEO and work along with him to develop a great culture in the company. You have to build processes

from scratch so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we’d like to meet you. The goal is to achieve excellence in serving our internal customers and enable them to achieve the company Mission and Vision.

Responsibilities In addition to reporting to the CEO, the HR professional will work with each functional manager to help identify the key challenges in each function and provide an appropriate solution. • Develop policies. • Organizational Hierarchy and growth possibility for each level. • Monthly performance reviews. • Training and development. • Employee engagement programs. • Recruitment as per each Function requirement. • Quarterly HR Budgeting.

Should have strong leadership skills to manage a team and provide consultation to CEO and functional managers. Able to work well with a range of people both within and outside of the organization. Has the confidence and will challenge others even when met with resistance or unfamiliar circumstances. Acts as a role model and Leads by example. An inquisitive, open-minded type, who seeks out new ways to support the development of the organization.
