HST Sampler Quilt BLOCK #1: Formal Garden Final Block Size: 12.5” square

The design of the Formal Garden Block is thought to have been influenced by the neatly ordered and symmetrical garden layouts in traditional Western gardens. The block is visually geometric in nature, features a secondary block pattern in the form of a Friendship Star and is pieced together in the same way as any 9-Patch block. * +++

Measurements & Cutting: From the background fabric cut: x4: 5” squares (to be made into HSTs) From the Melisa print fabric cut: x4: 5” squares (to be made into HSTs) From the Pink Cheeks fabric cut: x1: 4.5” square (for the centre)
