General Info The Riverwalk HUB is a unique, award winning display of architecture that sits along the west bank of the Des Moines River in vibrant downtown Des Moines. This wonderfully original space is perfect for meetings and events of all sizes. GENERAL RENTAL GUIDELINES

- Guests are welcome to arrive one hour prior to their event start time to setup personal items and decorations unless other arrangements have been made - In order to reserve any/all of the Riverwalk HUB, we require a City of Des Moines Parks and Rec permit to be filled out, signed and returned with a check for the deposit amount made out to Rivewalk HUB - Riverwalk HUB is the only approved vendor for food and beverage unless other arrangements have been made at the discretion of the Riverwalk HUB management - The Riverwalk HUB reserves the right to remain open for business in non-rented spaces - Please contact us to setup a personal site visit and consultation for your next event!
