Human Nutrition Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences Texas A&M University-Kingsville The Human Nutrition major is designed to prepare graduates for careers in nutrition and dietetics. Career opportunities available include positions in hospital systems, community nutrition, corporate wellness and foodservice management. Graduates of the program will have the knowledge requirements as defined by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, for the entry level dietetics professional applying to dietetic internship. Graduates will be successful in obtaining internship acceptance to become a registered dietitian and/or employment in nutrition, dietetics, food service administration or continue their education in graduate programs. The program attracts students of diverse backgrounds in order to contribute to the delivery of nutrition services to the residents of Texas and the United States.
