The class is scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The fee is $100. Checks should be made payable to MLGW. The classes will be held at The Cross Connection Training Lab located at Mallory Pumping Station at 488 N. Dunlap St, Memphis, TN 38105. Please call the MLGW Cross Connection area at 901-528-7757 to register. In order to give each participant the individual attention needed, each class will be limited to 12 (twelve) students on a first-come, first-serve basis. Therefore, payment must be received prior to the class date. This short, intensive refresher course is designed to inform testers of new changes and requirements by the Memphis and Shelby County Cross Connection Board. Ample laboratory time will be allowed for getting reacquainted with testing procedures for the Reduced Pressure and Double Check Valve Assemblies. To assist with the practical exercises please bring a flathead screwdriver and your test kit. If you do not have a test kit, one will be provided for you to use for practice. Although a written exam will not be administered, practical tests will be given on the RP and DCVA at the end of class. The State requires that any person taking the Cross Connection Control Renewal tests submit a $60 fee made payable to Fleming Training Center or FTC.
