WHY USE SPRUCE STONE STUDIO FOR MY DESIGN? We are a small, thoughtful, and driven business. We want, most of all, for our design to be your favourite stepping stone in the process of developing and growing your brand. We will be with you every step of the way, ensuring you are more than totally satisfied with your end product and ready for the badass success that comes with launching a well-established and strategically driven brand experience. HOW CAN I PAY FOR THESE SERVICES? We work on a 50/50 split. In order to secure your booking and for us to get started crafting your legend, we require 50% of your project invoice in advance. Upon completion of your project (prior to final file delivery) we require the final 50% of your project invoice. Any subsequent invoicing (for third-parties) must be paid immediately. We accept payment for local (within Canada) projects by E-transfer, or Credit Card (processed by Stripe). International payments must be made by Credit Card and are processed with Stripe. WHAT PLATFORM WILL MY WEBSITE WORK WITH? We currently offer custom website designs for the Showit5 platform, and pre-made templates for both WordPress and Showit5. Please feel free to check out our shop, Evernord by spruce stone studio for pricing and availability of a suitable platform template for your business. DO YOU OFFER PRINTING SERVICES? As our business is of the digital nature, we do not offer printing services but are more than happy to pass on our recommendations suitable for your printing needs.

WHAT ABOUT SUPPORT? With our custom website design purhcases we offer 30-days oftechical support. With purchases through our shop we offer 30-days of limited e-mail support. Have a question before purchasing? No problem, shoot us an e-mail and we will be glad to help you make sure you’re on the right track!

I AM SO READY FOR THIS! NOW WHAT? This is an exciting time, for you, and us! The quickest and easiest way to book your spot is to visit our website and fill-in our contact inquiry form. Once that’s done you will receive the service-specific intake form to fill out. You will need to reserve approximately minutes time for this. Trust us, your brand will thank you for it! When you’re done that, we will be automatically notified and you will receive an invite to book a breifing with us to go over your intake and address any questions you might have. Reserve 30 minutes for this appointment. After our consultation, we will put together a proposal and contract, and send it directly to your inbox. If everything is jazzy, you’ll sign the contract and make your first payment (50% of the total invoiced quote) and we will be on our journey together! Within a couple of days after that, you’ll receive our project workbook. We will need you to finish this up your project workbook and send it back to us together with any photography and relevant copy for your project, by your scheduled start date, so that we can make sure your legendary experience kicks-off on time.
