IELTS SYLLABUS Vocabulary and Grammar Course Description: This is a 60 hour PRE – ILETS preparation course. Students should have an intermediate or higher level of English to do well in this course. If their English is not a high enough level, they should consider taking the Diploma or Grammar Courses. The course is divided into 2 separate sections; Vocabulary for IELTS and Grammar for IELTS. Each section will have 30 hours of instruction. Textbooks: Vocabulary for ILETS (Cambridge University Press)and Grammar for IELTS (Cambridge University Press) Other Materials: TOEIC Bridge Test Preparation 1. IELTS PREPARATION Course description: This is a 60 hour preparation course for IELTS test. The main purpose of the course is to teach the techniques required to do well in the IELTS test. Textbooks: Kaplan IELTS (Kaplan) and New Insight into IELTS (Cambridge University Press) Other Materials: Cambridge IELTS (1-6) Past papers (Cambridge University Press)

Venue: LCD 107 Course Description: This is a 30 hour Grammar preparation course: 6 hours per week. It is designed to help students understand and practice English grammar. The course is also designed for students at an intermediate level, but more advanced students will also find it useful for revision and consolidation. At the end of the course, students are required to do the test in order to evaluate their grammar abilities and achievements. Course Description: This is a 15-hour course for 3 hrs a week/5weeks which is designed to help the students understand and practice their English skills.
