ABSTRAK Chaerun. Pengembangan Model Evaluasi Hasil Belajar Seni Tari yang Apresiatif dan Kreatif di Sekolah Dasar. Disertasi. Yogyakarta: Program Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, 2009. Tujuan mata pelajaran seni tari di sekolah dasar ialah menumbuhkan apresiasi dan kreativitas siswa. Model evaluasi hasil belajar seni tari di sekolah dasar yang sampai sekarang masih berbasis pada bahan ajar, hanya menghasilkan informasi tentang keterampilan siswa dalam menarikan bentuk tari yang diajarkan. Informasi seperti ini tidak dapat digunakan sebagai dasar penilaian suatu program pembelajaran yang berjalan, karena tidak relevan dengan tujuan mata pelajaran. Model evaluasi hasil belajar seni tari yang apresiatif dan kreatif sebagai model evaluasi hasil belajar berbasis kecakapan khusus, akan menghasilkan informasi berbagai kecakapan khusus yang telah ditetapkan di dalam tujuan mata pelajaran. Informasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pertimbangan dan penilaian bagi program pembelajaran yang sedang berjalan, karena relevan dengan tujuan mata pelajaran. Sesuai dengan itu, permasalahan yang diangkat di dalam penelitian ini ialah: Bagaimanakah bentuk model evaluasi hasil belajar seni tari yang berbasis apresiasi dan kreativitas? Berdasarkan rumusan masalah tersebut di atas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model evaluasi hasil belajar seni tari yang apresiatif dan kreatif di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian terhadap model evaluasi hasil belajar seni tari yang apresiatif dan kreatif di sekolah dasar ini didesain dengan langkah-langkah: Penyusunan prototype melalui; Uji teoretis melalui validasi ahli; Revisi prototype menjadi produk baku; Uji coba lapangan pendahuluan terhadap produk baku; Revisi dan pemantapan produk baku; Uji keberterimaan melalui focus group discussion (FGD); Revisi produk baku menjadi produk operasional; Uji coba lapangan utama produk operasional; Revisi produk operasional menjadi produk jadi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar wilayah Kota Madya Surakarta dan Kabupaten Sukoharjo dengan unit-unit analisis Sekolah Dasar Negeri Ngadirejo 01 Kartasura Sukoharjo, Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pucangan 05, Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bulukantil Jebres Kota Madya Surakarta, dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sanggrahan Jebres Kota Madya Surakarta. Setiap sekolah dasar tersebut diambil 10 orang siswa sebagai sumber data. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Model evaluasi hasil belajar seni tari yang berbasis apresiasi dan kreativitas di sekolah dasar ialah model evaluasi hasil belajar yang berbasis pada pertumbuhan kemampuan siswa mengenal kesan-kesan inderawi ataupun kesan-kesan estetis yang bersumber pada suasana hati dan model evaluasi hasil belajar yang berbasis pada pertumbuhan kemampuan siswa mengekspresikan unsur-unsur gerak pokok dalam bentuk pacak (gerak dasar sesuai karakter), (2) Model evaluasi hasil belajar seni tari yang dikembangkan cukup efektif, karena mampu mengungkap pertumbuhan unsur-unsur apresiasi dan kreativitas siswa, (3) Model evaluasi hasil belajar yang dikembangkan dapat diterima oleh pihak terkait (para guru dan pengambil kebijakan pengajaran seni tari di sekolah dasar), melalui kegiatan focus group discussion (FGB).

Chaerun: Developing an Appreciative and Creative Model of Evaluation of Dance Learning Outcomes in Elementary School. Dissertation. Yogyakarta: The Graduate School, Yogyakarta State University, 2009. Subject matter goal of dance in elementary school is to grow the apresiasi and student creativity. The model of evaluarion of dance learning outcomes in elementary schools that has up to now been based on instructional materials results only in information about students’ skills in performing dances that are taught. Such information cannot be utilized as a basis for evaluation of learning programs. An appreciative and creative model of evaluation which is relevant to a model of the specific aptitude-based learning outcome evaluation will result in information about a variety of skills stated in the objectives of the subject matter. Such information can be utilized as a basis for evaluation of learning programs that are carried out. In line with this, the research problem in this study is formulated as follows: What is an appreciative and creative model of evaluation of dance learning outcomes like? In accordance with the problem formulation, this study aims to produce an appreciative and creative model of evaluation of dance learning outcomes in elementary schools as a model of specific aptitude-based learning outcome evaluation. The study on an appreciative and creative model of evaluation of dance learning outcomes in elementary schools was designed by taking the following steps: Construction of the prototype involving; Theoretical testing through expert validation; The revision of prototype to be a standard product; The preliminary field tryout for the standard product,; The revision and establishment of the standard product; Acceptance testing through Focus Group Discussion (FGD); The revision of the standard product to be an operational product; The main field tryout for the operational product; The revision of the operational product to be a finished product. This study was conducted in elementary schools in Surakarta City and Sukoharjo Regency and the analysis units consisting schools in Sekolah Dasar Negeri Ngadirejo 01 Kartasura Sukoharjo, Sekolah Dasar Pucangan 05, Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bulukantil Jebres Surakarta City, and Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sanggrahan Jebres Surakarta City. From each school, 10 students were selected as data source. The data were collected through interviews and observations and were analyzed by using the interactive analysis model by Miles and Huberman. Result of research show the (1) Model evaluate the result learn the dance art which apreasitaif and creative in elementary school is a model the evaluation of result of learning being based on at growth of student ability recognize the impressions of inderawi and also aesthetic impressions is which coming from the mood and a model the evaluation of result of learning being based on at growth of student ability express the fundamental motion elements in the form of pacak elementary motion according to character (2) Model the evaluation of result of learning dance art which researcher develop effective enough, because can express the growth of elements of apresiasi and student creativity (3) Model the evaluation of result of learning which researcher develop acceptable by related parties (all teacher and artistic instruction policy taker dance in elementary school), passing activity of focus of group discussion ( FGB).
