The varsity volleyball team improved to 12-0 on the season with a 3-2 win at Prospect Mountain. Jessalyn Brown recorded her 1,000 career assist when Emma Wheeler put down a kill midway through the 4th set. Jessalyn finished the match with 36 assists, 20 points and 22 digs. Emma Wheeler had 18 kills, 9 blocks and 18 digs. Morgan White registered 9 kills, 24 digs and 6 points, including an ace on match point. Madisyn Wilson contributed with 16 digs. The JV team lost a tough 2-1 decision, making their record 10-2 on the season. The Lakers host Mascoma today with a JV start time of 4:30, followed by varsity at 5:45. There will be a brief celebration and acknowledgment of Jessalyn Brown’s milestone achievement prior to the start of the the varsity match.
