Opportunity Due to exciting market opportunities we are looking for an Industrial Sales Representative to join our BC Industrial Group. This position will service Industrial Coating applicators, Fabricators, Industrial maintenance and Forestry related business.
Responsibilities • Develop and grow a customer base, sales, volume and profitability of the company while ensuring that customer needs are exceeded. • Develop solid business relationships with prospects, customers and store staff. • Recognize and develop potential opportunities for sales growth, local marketing plans, initiatives and objectives.
Requirements • Experience in the paint and coatings industry • Highly focused on customer service • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills • Team focused and result oriented • Computer literacy and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Self-motivated and ability to work independently • Have an understanding of Cloverdale Industrial products and those of our competitors • Possesses NACE certification or willing to work towards getting certified and/or applicable experience.
Compensation Base salary, plus commission, company car or allowance, group health benefits and company Profit Sharing plan.
