Our main goal this year is to educate new Bikini-‐Fitness competitors and coaches from all over the world. If you want to have a summerweek full of sport and ohter fun activities, you are welcome to Bikini-‐Fitness Fit.Camp 2013. Camp package includes: • Accomodation 6 nights at Püharisti Külalistemaja • Breakfast, lunch and dinner every day (except breakfast in the first day and dinner in the last day.) • Unlimited use of gym • Unlimited sports supplement use by FAST and Olimp. This year main focus is on Protein Pudding. • Morning gymnasty • Train with European Fitness Champions-‐ Natalia Nazarenko-‐Kiivikas, Oleg Anissimov, Endla Vaher and Kristina Koroljak • Bikini-‐fitness and Men’s Physique Saaremaa Open Cup (Saturday 20th July) • Sauna day • Take part in different sport activities and competitions • Promotional items for participants • Awards for the winners TAKE PART IN THE INTERNATIONAL COURSES: Tuesday 16th July: Bikini-‐Fitness training basics (by Ott Kiivikas) Wednesday 17th July: Bikini-‐Fitness nutritional fundamentals (by Ott Kiivikas) Friday 18th July: Make-‐up tag for the IFBB competitors and Bikini-‐Fitness posing training (by Egle Eller-‐Nabi -‐ Bikini-‐Fitness competitor) www.fitness.ee
Fee 300 euros/ per person. Including accommodation for 6 nights, meals 3 times a day, Bikini-‐ Fitness & Men’s Physique contest fee, all activities and courses in the camp. Possibility to take part of the camp only on selected day. Fee will be for one day 60 euros/per person. Including accomodation for one night, catering 3 times in selected date and all courses and activites. Final entry deadline: July 1, 2013 Traveling Many Europe cities have direct flights to our capital Tallinn where you can take a bus to the Orissaare or fly to Kuressaare. BIKINI-‐FITNESS & MEN’S PHYSIQUE SAAREMAA OPEN CUP 2013 When Date: July 20, 2013 Time: 12.00 – 13.00 – weight in 14.00 -‐ competition Place: Orissaare Spordihoone (29A Kuivastu rd.) Registration Please pre-‐registrate yourself here: http://www.fitness.ee/registreeru/21 Entry deadline July 1 Categories Bikini-‐Fitness junior open Bikini-‐Fitness -‐163cm Bikini-‐Fitness -‐168cm Bikini-‐Fitness +168cm Men’s Physique -‐178cm Men’s Physique +178cm The contest is run according to the IFBB rules. The contest will be held without applying competition tan on the competitors. The natural tan or spray-‐tanning is enough. All competitors must have an ID document and wear contest attire (bodyround) at the registration. Awards Places 1.-‐3. in every category will be awarded with cups. Also special prizes from the sponsors. Entry fee For the participants of the Bikini-‐Fitness Fit.Camp 2013 the contest is free. For others the Entry Fee is EUR 5.-‐ which must be paid at the registration. Please find cash for this. NB! If accommodation is needed, the price is EUR 60.-‐ per night (per person).
