Who Should Attend:
ISO 55000 establishes a global standard for asset management systems. In this workshop you will learn about the four components of the asset management system described in ISO 55002 4.1.1.1:
1. The asset management policy 2. The asset management objectives 3. The strategic asset management plan 4. The asset management plans
In this 2-day public workshop, you will review the asset management policy, then design and develop a draft policy for your organization. Based on this draft policy you will outline the strategic asset management plan (SAMP) and the project plan for creating the underlying asset management plans. The workshop is led by experienced reliability professionals who have implemented all of the elements of the ISO 55000 standard for organizations in many industries around the globe. They will review each of the requirements in the standard clauses – Context, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operation, Performance Evaluation, and Improvement.
