The objective of this research is to identify the relationship between the perceptions of teachers self-efficacy and teachers collective efficacy with job satisfaction, comparing teacher’s perceptions at the individual schools researched. The participants were 202 teachers from nine public middle and high schools. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed using the Stepwise method. The variables: teacher self-efficacy, efficacy in classroom management and efficacy in instructional practices, were not significant for the understanding of job satisfaction when analyzed together with the other explanatory variables.
