IT INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICE INTERN Your duties will include: „Back-office“ work Communication with customers, inquires addressing and solving according to companies customer service standards Maintenance of customers IT infrastucture MS O365 service configuration and maintenance
We will appreciate if you have: Are studying in IT sciences field Interest and understanding about Microsoft products, O365 Communication skills in English (written and spoken), Russian language would be an advantage Enthusiasm to organize a professional, yet friendly dialogue with unknown people Decent understanding about newest IT trends and Microsoft technologies Willingness to learn, grow, pro-active attitude.
