We have a requirement for an experienced Social Media Account Executive to assist the Content team in planning, execution and optimisation of our clients and PSG’s online marketing requirements through digital channels and to drive the social media content. JOB PURPOSE Responsible for social media content strategy, creation and delivery across the PSG Group. • • • • • • • • • • • •

Execution of digital and social campaigns and to be pro-active about content creation ideas across all departments of the company to deliver on pre-agreed KPIs Driving followers, enhancing engagement and increasing data capture through owned channels Leading onsite optimising including conversion rate optimisation Leading offsite optimisation including link building strategy Managing and developing PPC campaigns Growing PPC into an essential acquisition channel Reporting and communicating of channel performance within the organisation Digital marketing strategy and execution Elevate and enhance existing digital scope of service Design and lead on digital acquisition and search strategy (paid and organic) Website management and administration of redevelopment programs Collaboration, design and lead delivery of digital and social campaigns across all major platforms

Running content marketing activity from idea generation through to implementation Creation and distribution of engaging social media content Reporting of digital campaigns and demonstration of ROI Development and implementation of new digital assets to enhance our client offering

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS              

University degree Excellent writing and sub editing skills to write social media and website copy as well as press releases Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure Skills and experience in creative content writing Analytical mind-set and critical thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work closely with Marketing teams across all aspects of the company Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns Working knowledge of ad serving tools Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.) Direct experience in dealing with the media is essential Passionate about Sports
