GENERAL DESCRIPTION Company-wide, PCI functions as consultants working to understand the needs of each of our churches. We work to identify potential strengths & weaknesses in order to recommend the best solutions for each client, be it at PCI or at alternate outside sources. The Account Manager serves in two main roles. The First is in locating prospective church relationships that are a fit for our solutions. The second is acting as the primary business contact between the client & PCI, and the AM is responsible for primary client interaction. The AM is expected to provide exceptional customer service to accounts, as well as represent client and PCI’s needs & goals throughout the consulting, design change, build and delivery stages. In addition, the AM is responsible for maintaining relationships with current clients to encourage continued, new and repeat business opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Search for & identify potential clients for PCI or CBS (i.e. finding church denominations, church planting groups, Para-Church organizations, etc. utilizing web searches, social media, etc.) Understand the capabilities and services of PCI & CBS, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client. Access the ability of PCI / CBS to meet client’s needs. Handle all initial client communications, commandeering any conflict resolution, and ensuring client satisfaction & deliverables. Respond to incoming sales calls and / or information requests received from online efforts. This includes informing prospective clients of services and full spectrum of PCI and / or daughter company, church. in a box® (CBS). Book consultations for clients – matching them with the right consultant, finding workable dates and working internally to prep the consultant for the consultation. AM will additionally coordinate the information exchange needed prior to consultation. Ensure client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, escalating and / or informing the Account Director of any issues that would inhibit meeting business objectives or maintaining client satisfaction. Manage external deliverables of our clients – timely delivery of information, prompt delivery of product, etc. Manage internal deliverables at PCI and CBS (i.e. securing ample production times, gather necessary information from client to ensure a timely delivery and smooth transition of ownership) Manage client expectations of PCI / CBS; Understand & communicate client’s needs and goals to all project teams. Work closely with all project teams to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status, and identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.

(cont from prev. page) Set deadlines for internal departments and ensure quick turn-around of information back to the client Set deadlines for each church (partner) to ensure PCI has information needed to produce quick and organize results for all parties. Guide the interaction between consultant / tech team and clients after the post-consultation. AM will manage the revision of client estimates until said estimate are put into production. Gather information necessary to place estimates into production. Attend conferences to represent PCI / CBS as needed. Maintain databases to ensure accurate and detailed information is documented on each client.

QUALIFICATIONS Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships. Passion for Ministry and / or Church Planting in General Must be self-motivated; able to work autonomously (able to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction) The ability to create & maintain personal systems to manage details and nuances of all their own accounts Possess a high level of initiative, and be able to work in a team environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience & Undergraduate degree preferred. Must love people. Anyone will find our churches easy to love, but you must enjoy building relationships with new people.
