Cadet PVT John Harper is being recognized as the Cadet of the Month for February 2017 by the JROTC department. His instructors say that he was chosen because “John is a great cadet. He always follows the commands he is given and does not complain. He is a very respectful and trustworthy cadet that can be relied on.” He is the son of John and Kelly Harper. Congratulations, John!
