Symphony Hall SEPTEMBER 28, 7:30 pm 21-time Grammy Award and five-time Academy Awardwinner John Williams joins The Phoenix Symphony for an unforgettable evening of music from the movies, featuring selections from some of his most popular and iconic scores including Star Wars, Harry Potter, Jaws, E.T., Schindler’s List, Indiana Jones and more. This very special concert also showcases the magic of music and cinema with a selection of film clips to be projected above the orchestra.

Lang Lang Performs Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No. 3
Hailed by The New York Times as the “hottest artist on the classical music planet,” Chinese-born virtuoso Lang Lang returns to Phoenix to perform Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No. 3 with the sophistication and distinction audiences around the world have come to expect. The vivacious and popular concerto fills the hall with wonderfully colorful harmonies. This special, one-night-only concert also features Strauss’ Suite from Der Rosenkavalier and Berlioz’s Roman Carnival Overture.
