FOUR SPECIAL ISSUES ARE PLANNED FOR PAPERS PRESENTED AT THE CONFERENCE. For a paper to be considered for the special issues, one or more of its authors has to be registered and pay the regular registration fee. SPECIAL ISSUES : Expanded full paper contributions will be considered for publication in SPECIAL ISSUES OF THE ELECTRONIC COMMERCE RESEARCH JOURNAL (Impact factor of 1.55) AND THE TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS JOURNAL (Impact factor of 1.03). Also a SPECIAL ISSUE OF THE INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF MOBILE NETWORK DESIGN AND INNOVATION and the INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF INTERDISCIPLINARY TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND NETWORKING. To be considered for the SPECIAL ISSUE OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE RESEARCH JOURNAL OR THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS JOURNAL, a full paper based on the conference paper has to be submitted before September 30, 2014 to guest editor Michael Bartolacci at [email protected]. A paper has

to be 15 to 45 pages in length (excluding a title page and authors’ biographies), using a 12pt roman font using 1.5 line spacing for these two special issues (TSJ and ECRJ). Only papers submitted by authors who registered and paid for the conference will be considered for any of the special issues. Papers for the SPECIAL ISSUE OF THE INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF MOBILE NETWORK DESIGN AND INNOVATION and a special issue of the INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF INTERDISCIPLINARY TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND NETWORKING will be invited by editor Michael Bartolacci, co-chair of the 2014 NAEC Conference, from wireless telecommunications and other networking papers that are in the proceedings not considered for the other special issues (registered and paid papers only).
