Selling Shares Your company will need money to begin operations. Most new businesses get the capital they need from banks, friends or family members. However, most JA companies sell stock at €2 per share. This allows company members, friends, and relatives to share in the ownership and success of the company. JA share certificates are like common shares. They represent part ownership in the company and include voting privileges.
