KICKSTART FESTIVAL 2015 Stallholder Term and Conditions
These Stallholder Terms and Conditions apply to both individual Creative Stallholders and Organisations holding Information Booths. You will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions in the Online Application Form. 1. Successful applicants will be required to pay a refundable deposit by 5pm, Friday 27 February 2015. (Refer to your Information Sheet for costs and payment methods). Deposits will be refunded after the KickstART Markets. 2. Stallholders are required to provide at least two weeks notice prior to the event if withdrawing from the KickstART Markets. 3. If you do not provide at least two weeks notice and fail to attend the KickstART Markets, your deposit will be forfeited.
4. Your staff members working at your stall will be responsible for securing your products/equipment. Propel Youth Arts WA and the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority will not be liable for any stolen or damaged products/equipment. 5. Site requirements, other than what is listed as a standard in the Information Sheets must be requested via email to Jysae Hair (
[email protected]) by the deposit due date as stated above. Requests made after this date will not be considered. 6. KickstART Markets is a smoke and alcohol free event. Should you be found smoking or drinking on the premises you will be asked to leave and your deposit will be forfeited. 7. If you do not comply with theses Terms and Conditions you will be asked to revoke your Stallholder Application or asked to leave the event and your deposit will be forfeited.
