Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

WHAT:

The Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt Certification Curriculum is essential training for the process improvement expert that develops knowledge and skills required to lead process improvement efforts utilizing the Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) protocol. Participants will learn how to properly collect and interpret data pursuant to leading problemsolving projects with teams typically comprised of Green Belt personnel. Upon completion of each segment, participants have the opportunity to earn a White, Green, and Black Belt Certification.

WHERE:

140-hours of our blended eLearning format incorporates on-line coursework with ten class meetings at our Marietta Campus – 980 South Cobb Drive, Marietta, GA 30060, weekly consultations, and 34-hours of project management guidance by our Master Black Belt facilitator.

WHEN:

In-class meetings are held on alternating Saturdays from 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM at the Marietta Campus

TIMELINE:

June 9, 2012 through January 12, 2013

COURSE FEE:

$4,950; includes all course materials and 6-month post-course access to on-line resources. Select unemployed job-seekers may qualify for 100% WIA dislocated-worker funding.
