LEGO EV3/NXT Teacher Training On Site Classes - Summer 2014 Learn how to use LEGO & TETRIX Robots and ROBOTC or EV3 programming to teach Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) concepts in your classroom
TUITION
$999 course registration fee includes on site training and use of Robotic Academy’s computers, robot kits, curriculum and programming software during the week. You do not need to purchase any hardware or software for this course.
LOCATION
• 5 days of hands-on training • Use of LEGO/TETRIX robot and sensors • Use of EV3 Curriculum, and ROBOTC Curriculum for TETRIX & LEGO
• ACT 48 Credits / 36 hours per class (PA teachers only)
• Certificate of Completion to apply for Continuing Education hours
• Detailed mapping of the robotics curriculum with national standards
• Tour of the CMU National Robotics Engineering Center
National Robotics Engineering Center (NREC), part of the Carnegie Mellon University Robotics Institute, a world-renowned robotics research and commercialization center.

All classes are Monday - Thursday 9:00am 4:00pm EST. Friday class ends at noon. Lunch is provided Monday through Thursday. Other meals, transportation & lodging not included.
