DNA Gel Extraction Kit DNA Gel Extraction Kit provides a simple and efficient method for DNA extraction from agarose gels and reaction mixtures. It is based on the solubilisation of agarose gel and selective adsorption of nucleic acids on specially prepared Genclean Column at high salt concentration. The whole procedure takes 20 min without phenol-chloroform extraction and alcohol precipitation steps. Genclean Column which are bound with DNA are washed to remove contaminants, and the pure DNA is eluted with TE buffer or water. This method is faster and easier to perform than other organic-based extraction methods as it requires fewer manipulations. This kit contains a specific indicator to allow the the pH value to be monitored and to make sure that the agarose gel dissolves thoroughly. GRGK2042

Total RNA Extraction Kit (Trizol Column) Trizol Reagent can be used for extracting total RNA:  From animal and plant tissues, various microorganisms and cultured cells. Once chloroform has been added and the solution has been centrifuged, this kit will thoroughly lyse the sample and separate the solution into the top or aqueous phase, middle phase and bottom or organic phase. RNA remains exclusively in the aqueous phase. After transferring the aqueous phase to a new tube, the RNA is recovered by precipitation with isopropyl. DNA is recovered by precipitation with ethanol in middle phase. Protein is recovered by precipitation with Isopropyl alcohol in organic phase (bottom layer).  For small samples (50-100 mg organization, 5 × 106 cells) and for large samples (> 1g organization or > 107 cells).This kit can handle a wide range of samples or source material, for example animal tissue, plant matter and bacteria. SafeView - Environmentally Friendly Agarose Stains SafeView™ products represent a new and safe class of nucleic acid stains for the visualization of double-stranded DNA, single-stranded DNA, and RNA in agarose gels; a great alternative to toxic Ethidium Bromide or SYBR® Safe from other competitors.
