List of instructions for setting the TIX clock. Www.CubeRoot.com Setting the Time Step 1: Press the "Mode" button once. You will see the left 2 groups of indicators flash once. These red and green groups display the hours. Pressing the "Increment" button will increment the hours up to 12 hours and then back to 1 hours as you continue to press "Increment". Press the "Increment" button repeatedly until the correct number of hours is displayed. Step 2: Press the "Mode" button again. You will see the blue tens-of-minutes indicators flash. Press the "Increment" button repeadedly until the correct number of tens-of-minutes is displayed. Step 3: Press the "Mode" button again. You will see the last group of 9 minutes indicators flash. Press the "Increment" button repeatedly until the correct number of minutes is displayed. Step 4: Press the "Mode" button a final time. You will see all the digit fields flash. This lets you know that TIX is in its normal running mode with time keeping starting with zero seconds. Use this feature to start time-keeping right at the beginning of the displayed minute.
Setting the Brightness When TIX is in its normal running mode, press the "increment" button to cycle TIX through its brightness levels. Setting the Update Rate Press and HOLD the "mode button for 2 seconds. All indicators will go out except for one of the three left most red LEDs. pressing the "increment" button repeatedly will cycle through the different update rates. When the top red LED is lit the update rate will be once a second. When the middle red LED is lit (default speed) the update rate will be every 4 seconds. When the bottom LED is lit the update rate will be once a minute. Press the "Mode" button to go back to normal running mode.
