This exchange is for members with assigned lockboxes and for members that use the ActiveKEY. Your assigned BT iBox(es) will be exchanged 1 for 1. Please bring your lock boxes and exchange them for a new low energy Bluetooth iBox BT LE. You must be active and in good standing to participate. Please make every effort to attend - See the appointment schedule and what to bring. Important Reminder: During the swap of keyboxes, there may be listings that do not have a lockbox on them. Please call before showing to ensure you have access.

ActiveKEY users have two key options: 

Exchanging your ActiveKEY for either the eKEY or the new XpressKEY during this time is extremely important. Shortly after the exchange your ActiveKEY will no longer work. Members must be active and in good standing to exchange your key. If you are an ActiveKEY user and cannot attend, please contact the association.

ActiveKEY users that upgrade to eKEY:  eKEY first debit date: Tuesday August 1st  Receive a refund of $147.00 in 6 to 8 weeks for monies already paid ActiveKEY users that select the XpressKEY:  Will owe $14.31, before tax NOTE: Your old returned keybox(es) will be deleted from the database once exchange for new keybox(es). Please run any reports prior to exchanging your keybox(es). Once deleted, you will not be able to run your inventory reports on the old keybox(es).
