REIMBURSEMENT FOR ALL INVITED ACADEMIC PARTICIPANTS All invited academic participants are entitled for the reimbursement of their travel costs and accommodation. MIZS will be able to reimburse costs that occurs only for the term and dates of the EqUIP event in Slovenia. You are kindly asked to book your own flight to and from Ljubljana. If you are planning to combine your travel with other events, please contact us to be sure what we can reimburse. You are kindly asked to book your own accommodation. Reimbursement form will be provided by MIZS to all invited academic participants. You are asked that you send signed reimbursed form together with original documents: plane ticket itinerary with price paid, all boarding passes, original receipts for your accommodation, original receipt for local transport used and original receipt for your visa. You will be asked to send it to dr. Davor Kozmus on the address mentioned on page 3. Deadline for sending your reimbursement request is no later than 60 days after the EqUIP event.
