Management Support Officer Tasks        

Giving general management support to the two founders Giving general support to our management team Conducting research and analyses about management-related topics Enhancing quality and content of donor proposals and reporting Handling complex donor requests Ensuring and reviewing quality of project database entries and their corresponding budgets before submission for project approval Preparing presentations on various philanthropic-related topics Working with founders on impact measurement and impact documentation

Required Qualifications  Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent, comparable professional experience  3–5 years of relevant working experience  Great attention to detail required  Good analytical and research skills  Ability to work independently  Proficiency in English language required, additional German language skills are of great advantage but not a must  Good team player  Flexible, creative, out-going, independent personality with good interpersonal and communication skills  High motivation to work for an NGO; minimum commitment of 3 years expected

We offer a dynamic working environment with the following working hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours daily.
