Purpose/Objective(s): It has been suggested that higher doses can improve outcomes in inoperable lung cancer. We sought to investigate the toxicity, survival and patterns of failure in patients with inoperable lung cancer treated with IMRT and compare these endpoints amongst various dose bins. Materials/Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the charts and plans of 46 patients. Toxicity was scored using CTCAE version 4.0. Endpoints were grade 3 pneumonitis, grade 2 esophagitis, local, regional and distant failure, and overall survival. Endpoints were compared between dose bins of 70Gy vs
