When will I be able to see the new Marketing Center live? o
The new Marketing Center system will be available in the beginning of June.
How will I learn how to use the new Marketing Center system? o
On May 23rd we’re doing a Power Hour that will provide you a sneak preview to see first-
hand your new Marketing Center. Once it goes live, we will have weekly Power Hour webinars showing you how to maximize all of its most popular tools. We will also build a library of short, helpful tutorials to help you master all of tools in your Marketing Center.
Will we get this in Canada? o
Will it cost any extra money? o
Absolutely! You get the enhanced Marketing Center and the Shutterfly printing capabilities.
The new Marketing Center is being provided at no additional charge to all existing Market Leader customers.
What will I have to do to start using the new Marketing Center? o
When the new Marketing Center launches, it will automatically be a part of your contact management system menu. It will be a tab labeled “Marketing” located between your “Search MLS” and “Admin” tabs.

Shutterfly offers great quality, competitive pricing, and fast turnaround.
How do we pay for our print pieces if we use the Marketing Center printer (Shutterfly)? You will have a new section in your MyAccount tab in Admin that will allow you to manage your billing information for your subscription and campaigns. In this section you will designate a payment method that will automatically charge your for the automated campaigns, then the items will be automatically printed for you. For one-off orders, you can enter in your preferred method of payment at the time of order.
Can we make a virtual tour? Yes you can! That is an option you will find in our category labeled “Marketing in Motion,” or “MiM.”
Will we be able to post to our marketing pieces to social media sites? (Facebook, Google+, etc) Yes. For most pieces you will have a “Post to Website” option that will allow you to generate a link to post your marketing piece in a variety of locations, be it your website, blog or social media site.
Will we have the Canadian address format available? o

Shutterfly is an integrated print fulfillment partner for our Marketing Center. You will see how easy it is to print directly from the Marketing Center; you will also have the option to print it yourself or take the file to any printer of your choice.

What role does Shutterfly play?
o
You will be able to mail pieces to contacts that have addresses entered into your Market Leader system. That means the address format will be the same as what’s in your system today.
If I have selected my account with the team marketing verbiage (so that all my system generated emails automatically default to plural “We” instead of “I”), will this setting also change all of the designs in the Marketing Center from “We” instead of “I”? o
There are team versions of both designs and campaigns that you can use. When choosing which piece to create, simply select a team piece and the text will already be pluralized for you. If you select a piece that is not a “team” piece, than it will not automatically be
pluralized.
Can I upload a team photo in my Marketing Center pieces? o
Yes. You can have a team photo, individual photo, or switch between the two. With the launch of your Marketing Center, we have added additional account customization options to your My Account tab in Admin; including an option to set a different photo for your marketing pieces than what you have on your website. Here’s where you locate that section:
To upload a team photo to your marketing pieces:
Go to Admin, click on the My Account tab, then click on Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and click the Edit button beneath the image labeled “Marketing Image”.
You can use a photo of your entire team or one of just yourself. You may upload a larger file with wider dimensions than the website image photo requirements allow.
The image you pick will be your default image for all of the marketing pieces you create in your Marketing Center.
When you change a photo in your profile, it will become the default image for all pieces you create. It will also update all previously made pieces so you can easily reuse those without making manual updates.
Will I be able to load sold listing data into Just Sold cards (like I can with the Just Listed cards)? o
As some MLSs do not have the capacity to provide us sold listing data, all customers will have access to active listings only. But you can always use the editor to add the sold listing information manually into the piece and upload the listing photos to use any Just Sold marketing piece.
SharperAgent Details
Is the new Marketing Center the same as SharperAgent? o
No. The new Marketing Center has exciting new features based on Market Leader’s adding much of the SharperAgent functionality to our CRM product. Market Leader’s Marketing Center is not the same nor does it have the exact same features as the stand alone SharperAgent product.
If I have a stand-alone SharperAgent account, should I cancel it? Will my SharperAgent account be merged (contacts, notes, campaigns, marketing materials) into my Market Leader account? o
Since Market Leader’s Marketing Center and your SharperAgent account are not the same thing, you should wait, gain some experience with using the new Marketing Center, and
then make your own decision. o
The Market Leader system is completely separate from the SharperAgent platform. Just as there are ways to import contacts from other products, you will be able to import your contacts from SharperAgent into Market Leader. However, the notes and history will not be included. There is unfortunately no way to import campaigns or customized marketing materials either.
If I am a Sharper Agent customer, will I still be billed for that account? o
The Market Leader system is completely separate from the SharperAgent platform. If you have a SharperAgent account, you will still be billed from SharperAgent for use of that service. It is up to you if you choose to cancel your account with SharperAgent.
