The average adult should have at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. Children should get away from their TVs and computers more and have at least 60 minutes of active play daily! in BRAGG Vegetarian Health Recipe Book page 26 2 cups leaf lettuce, tear ⅓ cup celery, chop ⅓ cup green onions, chop ⅓ cup cucumbers, slice ½ cup fresh parsley, chop 3 cups cooked lentils 3 diced tomatoes
2 cups salsa 1 Tbsp lemon juice ⅛ tsp garlic powder shake Bragg Sea Kelp shake Bragg Sprinkle (24 herbs & spices) 6 whole-grain toast slices, pita bread or corn tortillas
Mix lettuce, celery, green onions, cucumbers and parsley together in bowl. Add lemon juice, garlic powder, Bragg Sprinkle and Kelp and mix well. Set aside. Toast whole-grain bread, pita bread or heat corn tortillas, then spread with salsa and spoon hot lentils on top, now cover with chopped veggies and salad greens. Top with tomato, sliced avocados, salsa and sprinkle of Bragg Nutritional Yeast. Serves 6.
