We do not support the automatic upgrade of a pre-release software version. To upgrade to a production release of the software, you must first uninstall the existing version.

Support for OS X Mountain Lion version 10.8 operating system (both client and server). Note
When this release is installed on a machine running OS X Server, only Anti-malware and Anti-spyware features are enabled. Application Protection and Desktop Firewall features are not installed.

The product is digitally signed using Apple's certificate to pass check for Gatekeeper default option Mac App Store and identified developer. For details on Gatekeeper, go to http://www.apple.com/macosx/mountain-lion/security.html.

Usability improvements in the Desktop Firewall feature with an option to create partially stateful firewall. For details on the Desktop Firewall changes and sample rules, refer to the KnowledgeBase article KB75663. Important
After upgrading your software to this release, Desktop Firewall rules configured on the earlier versions of the software are deleted.
