Media Release (For Immediate Release) November 4, 2015 The Alberta Sport Development Centre – Central (ASDC-C) is pleased to announce that the ASDC-Central Female Athlete of the Month for November 2015 is Tereza Simonova! ASDC-C and 247reddeer.ca are pleased to provide this material for you use to use in your content as you see fit. Tereza Simonova, is a 16 year old Sylvan Lake resident and competitive tennis player. This summer, Tereza captured two Silver Medals at the 2015 Western Canada Summer Games in Fort MacMurray, AB. Tereza captured a Silver in both the Girls Singles competition and the Team competition. Tereza qualified for both the U16 and U18 Rogers Nationals this past season and most recently captured a Silver at the U18 Championships at the Calgary Tennis Academy. Tereza is recovering from an injury and will spend her Christmas in Bradenton, FL to train and compete at the Casely’s Tennis Academy and the Metropolia Orange Bowl Tournament. Tereza continues to train with the Simon Tennis Academy (owned and operated by her father – Rene Simon) in Red Deer and continues to train with ASDC-Central and Ignite Fitness.
