the business requirements for an ERP software implementation for a metal heat treating company. We converted the client from Quickbooks and implemented MS Dynamics GP 10 GL, PM, RM, Fixed Assets and Inventory modules, FRx Reporting, Business Portal, Requisition Management and WennSoft Job Costing System. In addition, our consultants built a custom solution for the sales team to generate customer estimates and proposals for new projects. This solution enabled our client to gather accurate financial information for making key business decisions.

 Performed

an upgrade from MS Dynamics GP v9 to v10, Business Portal and FRx for a software solutions company. We trained the client on using the budget feature in GP and created five budget scenarios to be incorporated into the new set of FRx financial reports that we built. Our team documented new business processes and developed SOPs. Due to staff turnover, we provided job specific training to the new staff members and designed training documentation. Our efforts resulted in a 30% reduction in hours required to process the month-end close cycle.



Upgraded a network of clinical cancer physicians from MS Dynamics GP v9 to v 10 including Mekorma, FRx and SQL Server. We analyzed the security requirements and set up new roles specific to the client’s operations. Our team created a new set of FRx reports for the 23 locations utilizing reporting trees. Redesigned

MS Dynamics GP 10 for a company selling and managing the rights for fine art and photographic images due to corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and additional acquisitions. Our team created five new company databases and performed extensive data migration to the new companies. We designed and tested new data mapping and business process options to support current and historical data. Developed new FRx reports to support domestic and foreign currencies. Our efforts reduced the hours required to close the month and produce financial statements by 50%.

 Conducted

an independent review of a continuing care and independent living retirement community’s MS Dynamics GP version 10 Payroll, PM, FRx and Greenshades applications and business processes. Documented the current state and provided application optimization recommendations. We created Smartlist Builder reports to facilitate more efficient data extraction and provided reference guides and end-user training for building FRx reports and Smartlist builder reports. Our recommendations and reports increased end-user efficiency by 20%.

 Implemented

the Fixed Assets module for MS Dynamics GP 9 for a wound care management client. The implementation included interviewing key personnel, documenting business processes for fixed assets and the month-end close process and providing improvement recommendations. We mapped, integrated and reconciled the historical asset data and trained the end-users in the maintenance and functionality of the module.
