Migration Case Studies Customer Need Our Customer, an Environmental Services Company, acquired a new company and wanted to move all the applications and sites of the acquired company which were more than 600 Internal Portals and Sites, into their existing and upgraded SharePoint environment Our Solution Created an effective Migration Strategy for the hassle-free Migration of 600+ SharePoint 2010 Portals/Site Collections and Custom Applications from newly acquired company’s environment to our Customer’s environment We implemented a phased approach for the Migration and Upgrades, and helped in effective Change Management Customer Need Our Customer, a Telecom Service Provider serving 22 states and a widely spread organization with over 18,000 employees wanted to upgrade from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013 and also create Custom Solutions for Work Flow Management. Our Solution We implemented a custom approach for the Migration & Upgrades to create an effective Change and Workflow Management. The following activities were carried out: Migrated SharePoint 2010 to 2013 UI design and Site Templates Enterprise Governance Process
Created Farm Setup and Rollout Document, Change and Workflow Management Departmental Sites and Site Collections
