PENGENALAN
Dengan terhasilnya minyak kelapa dara ini, ianya tidak sekadar digunakan dalam industri makanan sahaja, malah boleh dikembangkan dalam industri nutraseutikal dan farmaseutikal, sekaligus memberi pulangan yang besar kepada negara.
OBJEKTIF
Memberi pemahaman tentang potensi minyak kelapa dara serta produk hilirannya. Meningkatkan pengetahuan penghasilan minyak kelapa dara menggunakan proses berteknologi tinggi. Melahirkan lebih ramai usahawan minyak kelapa dara.

Prof. Dr. Mohamad Roji b. Sarmidi | Prof. Dr. Roji is the Dean of Research Alliance (Biotechnology), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Baharu, Johor. He graduated from University of Surrey, Guilford and holds a PhD degree from Aston University, Birmingham. His research interests include process intensification for environmentally sustainble processes and development of biorefinery for the production of phytochemical. He also has strong interest in chronology management and industrial development issues. He has carried out several consultancy projects in industrial development studies for the state of Terengganu, Johor and Pahang.
