PERSPECTIVE
■ La perspective cavalière : 0 point de fuite. Toutes les parallèles d'un objet restent parallèles sur la représentation. Cette perspective est très utilisée dans le dessin industriel, mais elle est "incorrect" pour l'oeil humain. ■ La perspective frontale (ou centrale) : 1 point de fuite. Les horizontales et les verticales restent parallèles, seules les lignes de côté convergent vers le point de fuite. Cette perspective est également incorrecte pour l'oeil car incomplète. ■ La perspective oblique : 2 points de fuite. Seules les verticales restent parallèles. Les deux points de fuite sont placés sur la ligne d'horizon. Cette perspective est la plus fréquemment utilisée dans le dessin. ■ La perspective aérienne : 3 points de fuite. Toutes les lignes parallèles convergent vers un point de fuite. Il s'agit de la perspective la plus "correcte", cependant l'oeil du spectateur est plus habitué à la perspective oblique.
