In Memoriam Steve Gilbert passed away suddenly on April 3, 2016. He was AVEC’s Special Projects Manager, a pioneer in Alaska’s wind energy development, and a long-time contributor to the Rural Energy Conference. We miss him and send our condolences to his family and friends.
