The S-Cubed AGM will take place on Friday 29th April 2016. Therefore, all motions should reach the S-Cubed Secretary General, Anna Vella (99166359), by Tuesday 26th April 2016, as stated in Article 5.6 of the statute: “Motions and nominations to be considered for a General Meeting should reach the Secretary General, seconded and in writing, by not later than three (3) working days before the meeting is to be held”
