My Inbox – Document Features Quickly and easily convert paper documents into digital one’s using our fax to email feature 1. From your home page go to your Inbox menu and select the My Inbox button
2. To view a document, click on the name of the document you want to see.
3. To email a document, click the Actions drop down menu next to the document and click Email Document. The Email Document page will display. Enter the email address, subject line and message and click Send.
4. To edit the document information, click the Actions drop down menu next to the document and click Edit Document Information . This allows you edit the name of the document, the comments, who the document is from as well as replace the document with a new one. When you are finished, click Save.
5. To move a document, click the Actions drop down menu next to the document and click Move Document . On the Move Inbox Document page select where you are moving the document and click the Next button.
6. To delete a document, click the Actions drop down menu next to the document and click Delete Document . A window will display asking you to confirm your action. Click Yes and the document will be deleted. *Please note you cannot undo a document deletion!*

My Inbox – Settings Modify the settings of your Inbox to get the most out of your fax to email feature 1. Click on the Inbox link from the My Files/Folders screen in Document Manager.
2. To view your coversheet, click on the My Coversheet button. The system will generate your personalized coversheet the first time you click the button.
3. The coversheet will be saved in the system and any time you click this link it will be display. We recommend you save the coversheet on your computer and print several copies to use.
4. Click the Actions drop down list and select Settings to review your Inbox settings. The default is to notify you every time a document is added to your Inbox and will include a copy of the document with the notification. These notifications will be sent to your primary email address.
5. Should you change offices, just use the “Click here to Reset your coversheet” link to refresh your coversheet with your new office name, then use the My Coversheet link to re-generate your coversheet.
6. You or others may also email documents directly into your Inbox by sending them to the email address listed at the top of the My Inbox screen.

My Inbox– Folder Actions Learn how to perform various Actions in your personal Inbox. 1. From your home page go to your Inbox menu and select the My Inbox button. To access the various functions inside of your Inbox, hover over “Actions” and the options will display.
2. To upload a document to your inbox, click the Add Document... link. Select a name from the drop down list. Enter the information in the Comments and From fields and attach your document. Click Save.
3. To create a new inbox folder, select the Add Folder to your Inbox option. Enter the name of your new folder. Click Save.
4. To email multiple documents from your inbox, check the box next to the documents you want to send then choose Email Selected Documents from the Actions menu. Enter the email address. Click Send.
5. To email your Inbox coversheet choose Email Coversheet from the Actions menu. Enter the email address and click Send.
6. To move multiple documents, check the box next to the documents you want to move then chose Move Selected Documents from the Actions menu. On the Move Inbox Document page choose where you want to move your documents. Click the Next button.
