CLARE SCHOOL NEWS Rotary Student of the Month. Congratulations to Alexander Brawley in the fifth grade for being chosen Rotary Student of the Month. Alexander attended a Rotary luncheon with Mrs. Lopez to receive his award. Congratulations to St. Clare graduates Matthew Domenech and Marjorie “Mille” Isiminger who were recently names semifinalists in the 2014 National Merit Scholarship Program. These academically talented seniors at Cardinal New High School have the opportunity to continue to the competition for some 8,000 National Merit Scholarships worth about $35 million. We are proud of you Mille and Matthew. Do you have a green thumb? The third grade is looking for volunteers to help with our garden. WE are open to guest speakers with knowledge of gardening here in Florida. WE especially need to know what types of crops are planted and when. [email protected] MASS BOOK OPENING - The 2014 Mass Book will open on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 8TH (Note date change) in the Parish Hall at 9:00am. The Mass stipend is $10.00 per Mass, and as usual, there is a limit of six Masses. Please keep in mind that when we have a parishioner pass away, we open the following year’s book, so your dates may not be available.
