The Join the Orville Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Fox Broadcasting Company (“Sponsor”), 10201 West Pico Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90064, and is administered by Prize Logic, LLC (“Administrator”), 25200 Telegraph Road, Suite 405, Southfield, MI 48033. 1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD & OVERVIEW: The Sweepstakes begins at or about 3:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 20, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 22, 2017 (“Sweepstakes Period”). ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal U.S. residents physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers involved in the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the members of each of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. If an entrant enters the Sweepstakes from a mobile device, the entrant’s wireless service provider may charge the entrant for applicable data charges. Not all mobile telephone/wireless providers carry the service necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Entrants should consult their wireless service providers regarding their pricing plans. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants should review their mobile devices’ capabilities for specific app instructions. 3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant may enter the Sweepstakes by using any of the following methods: A. Website Entry: An entrant may visit https://jointheorville.com (“Website”) and follow the on-screen prompts to select one (1) of ten (10) listed fictional “job” positions (each, a “Job”). The entrant must then enter his/her valid e-mail address. If it is the entrant’s first time entering the Sweepstakes, the entrant must then provide the registration information requested on the form, which may include without limitation: his/her complete first and last name (initials are not permitted), and affirmation that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Upon completion and submission of the registration form, the entrant will receive one (1) entry (“Website Entry”). Each day thereafter, an entrant may receive one (1) additional Website Entry by returning to the Website, selecting a Job (an entrant may select a different Job each day) and entering his/her valid e-mail address used when registering for this Sweepstakes. B. Website Upload Entry: An entrant may log in to the Website and follow the on-screen prompts to submit upload either: (i) one (1) original photograph (“Photo”), not to exceed 5 MB in size, or (ii) one (1) original video (“Video”), not to exceed Thirty (30) seconds in 1

duration and 50 MB in size, to receive one (1) entry (“Website Upload Entry”). The Photo or Video may answer any of the following (each, a “Question”): Why should The Orville hire you? What do you think will be different in the year 2417? What will be the same? Where do you see yourself 400 years from now? What’s the most terrifying thing about space? If you had the command of a spaceship, where would you most want to go? Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, post additional Questions on the Website. C. Instagram: An entrant may (i) log on to his/her Instagram account, (ii) follow @TheOrville (if he/she does not already), and (iii) post one (1) Photo or Video that answers his/her choice of Question with a caption that includes the hashtags “#JoinTheOrville” and “#Sweepstakes” to receive one (1) entry (“Instagram Entry”). Note: The Instagram Entry must be a new Instagram post. Placing “#JoinTheOrville” and “#Sweepstakes” on an existing Instagram photograph posted prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Period will not be considered a valid entry. A unique Photo/Video may only be submitted once. If the same Photo/Video is posted more than once, all subsequent Instagram Entries submitted in the Sweepstakes using that same Photo/Video will be void, and the entrant may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified. An entrant must follow @TheOrville and have a non-private Instagram account to enter the Sweepstakes and maintain such non-private account for at least sixty (60) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends to be eligible to win/claim a prize for potential winner notification purposes. To participate in the Sweepstakes via Instagram, an eligible entrant must already have or create a non-protected Instagram account. An entrant may create an Instagram account at no cost by downloading and installing the Instagram application on his/her mobile device. To participate in the Sweepstakes via Twitter, an eligible entrant must already have or create a non-protected Twitter account. An entrant may create a Twitter account at no cost by logging on to https://twitter.com. If requested, entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the nonexclusive rights entrant is granting to use the Entry. This license expressly includes a right (but not the obligation) for Sponsor to modify Entries to remove any third party intellectual property. Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, or alter the Entry for any purpose which Sponsor deems necessary or desirable, and each entrant irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have therein. Each entrant hereby acknowledges that such entrant does not reserve any rights in or to the Entry. The displaying of an Entry on any website/social media platform does not constitute verification of eligibility or compliance with these Official Rules and all Entries and entrants remain subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Entrants agree that Sponsor has the right, but not the obligation, to use and/or otherwise display the Entries as set forth above, and that if such Entries are, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, displayed on any website/social media platform, such Entries may be subject to third party comments that will be publicly viewable, and further, such Entries may also be saved, shared, and/or further e-mailed by such third parties on the internet or otherwise.

being made by Sponsor or the prize may (in Sponsor's sole discretion) be forfeited in its entirety. The Grand Prize Winner will receive an e-mail from Sponsor or its designee on or about August 24, 2017, and will be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) within two (2) calendar days of the date it is sent to the potential Grand Prize Winner. Upon verification of a First Prize Winner’s eligibility, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee will mail the First Prize to the winner at the address provided during verification within 6 to 8 weeks. Upon receipt of the Affidavit and verification of the Grand Prize Winner’s eligibility, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee will contact the Grand Prize Winner to arrange travel booking, and either (i) mail the Grand Prize Check (if Grand Prize Winner selected Grand Prize option i) to the Grand Prize Winner at the address provided during verification within 6 to 8 weeks, or (ii) arrange communication between Grand Prize Winner and Alcor to begin the application process (if Grand Prize Winner selected Grand Prize option ii). Once the Grand Prize Winner’s application has been approved by Alcor, Sponsor will arrange for payment into Alcor’s prepaid account on behalf of the Grand Prize Winner, provided, however, that if the Grand Prize Winner’s application is denied, the Grand Prize Winner will be awarded the $25,000 check option and will not be permitted to reapply for cryopreservation at Alcor. Further, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award the Grand Prize as a $25,000 check in lieu of cryopreservation. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or any winner notification is returned as undeliverable or the potential winner fails (a) to respond to a winner notification within fortyeight (48) hours, or (b) to complete the required information within the stated time period, the prize may be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited for any reason, it may be awarded to an alternate potential winner, at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Each prize is not transferable and includes only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Approximate retail values are as of the time these Official Rules were printed and the value of the Prize may fluctuate. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the Prize at the time it is awarded. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. Each prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
